As a household with more dogs than we probably planned for, finding quality treats was a challenge. Store shelves were full of options, but reading the labels told a different story: lengthy ingredient lists loaded with things that had no business being in a dog treat, mystery preservatives, and grain-heavy fillers that consistently triggered our dogs' sensitivities. The treats that were actually clean were often specialty-priced and hard to find. It felt like an impossible choice between affordability and quality.
One of us had spent years baking — for people, for family, for fun. Both of us had spent years researching what dogs actually thrive on. In 2024, we put those two things together and started making our own treats in small batches, for our own dogs first. The difference was immediate. And when friends and clients started asking where they could get them, SunRidge Dog Treats LLC became a real thing.
Every order we fill is baked fresh — no sitting in bins, no bulk storage, no compromises. We use limited, purposeful ingredients you can actually read. No preservatives. No fillers. Just real food made with care, for dogs who've earned it.
